We are a multidisciplinary team with more than 30 years’ experience.
We have a chartered block manager, finance and tax specialists, economists, works and services technicians, insurance and liability experts and legal support so we can deal with any situation with sound judgement and professionalism.
We work with our own in-house resources – without depending on third parties – which allows us to give you agile responses, speed up procedures and plan every step with control.
Our boutique approach leads us to limit the number of communities we manage so we can devote real time to each one, support them and anticipate problems.

I graduated in Economics and began my professional career in the hotel sector, in administration and accounting. This period allowed me to gain an overall view of economic management, develop great attention to detail and understand the importance of teamwork.
I later moved into the field of block management, where I have further developed my vocation for direct contact with people.
Today I am starting a new chapter at JU ProFincas, taking on primary responsibility for management in the firm. I face this project with enthusiasm and a commitment to offering close, transparent and efficient management to every community.
My aim is for every resident to feel the peace of mind that comes from knowing their community is in good hands.

As Operations Director at JU ProFincas, S.L., I bring a strategic and financial vision to community management and the company’s internal operations. My approach is based on optimising processes, improving operating efficiency and ensuring strict financial control in every community we manage.
I am a qualified Financial Adviser from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra, with more than fourteen years’ experience in financial planning, Asset
Management, property investment and insurance protection. This background allows me to incorporate financial and return-based criteria into day-to-day management and decisions that directly affect our clients’ assets.

Javier Fraile Alonso
Block Manager
I am a qualified Block Manager from the University of Alcalá de Henares, with more than ten years’ experience in the property and community management sector. I am currently part of JU Profincas, S.L., where I have held the roles of Head of Works and Services and Head of Administration.
Throughout my career I have built up extensive experience in economic and technical management of communities, coordination of works and maintenance, budget control and supplier supervision.
I stand out for my organisational skills, team leadership and service orientation, ensuring management that is efficient, transparent and focused on owner satisfaction.
Francisco Esteban Vila
Accounts Coordinator and Comprehensive Block Management
I am a Higher Technician in Administration and Finance, and my professional work focuses on administrative management for communities of owners. Since completing my studies I have worked at this firm, where I am responsible for coordinating accounts, dealing with owners, controlling issues and supporting the comprehensive management of blocks.
I consider myself a responsible, organised, service-oriented person who enjoys teamwork and maintaining fluid, friendly communication with residents and suppliers. My aim is to help each community run with transparency, efficiency and good neighbourly relations, always offering personalised, professional support.
Andrea Solano López
Administrative Assistant
I have been part of JU Profincas for nine years, where I look after residents, manage payroll and staff matters, and carry out various administrative tasks linked to the smooth running of the firm and the communities. I have more than twelve years’ experience in the sector and hold a Higher National Diploma in Administration and an Intermediate Diploma in Commerce and Marketing, which gives me a well-rounded view of both internal management and client service.
I value clear communication and teamwork, key pillars for delivering effective, high-quality service. My aim is to help each community function as well as possible, always with closeness and trust.
Lorena Anrango
Administrative Assistant
I am an administrative assistant with more than ten years’ experience in the block management sector, with a strong focus on accounts management.
I hold a Higher National Diploma in Administration and Finance, which underpins my work in the financial and administrative field.
My role is mainly in the accounts area, where I register and control invoices, perform bank reconciliations, monitor financial movements and manage arrears to ensure clear, up-to-date accounting.
I consider myself an empathetic, organised and decisive person, focused on efficiency, accuracy in accounting and ongoing professional growth.
